You are an independent party
Taking part does not make you an employee, agent or partner of ZHPAY Holdings LLC, and does not give you authority to quote prices or commit us to anything. You handle your own taxes.
A referral is not a guarantee
We follow up on every referral, but we cannot promise a deal will happen. We may also decline business — parts we cannot source, prices that do not work, counterparties that do not pass our checks, or anything that conflicts with US export rules. No commission arises on business we do not do.
Commission is on order value
Paid on the value of each qualifying order, on a cumulative tiered basis: 2.5% on the first $50,000, 1.5% from $50,000 to $200,000, and 1% above that. Paid within 30 days of the order settling. Qualifying orders are those placed within 12 months of registration. Cancelled or returned orders do not count. Sliders and examples on this site are illustrations, not quotes or earnings projections.
Attribution follows our records
Where two people refer the same party, the earlier timestamp wins. If the party is already our customer or already referred, we tell you at submission — not after a deal closes. Your own company's purchases do not qualify: the fee is for introducing, not for buying.
Governing law
California law applies. If something goes wrong we will talk it through first; if that does not work within 30 days, it goes to binding arbitration with the AAA in Orange County, California. Terms may change, but only for referrals registered after the change — yours stay as registered.
